1. Introduction
Welcome to Aravind's Academy, operating through the website aravindchandra.com and associated official communication channels.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and participation in all programmes, courses, workshops, webinars, training sessions, mentorship services, coaching sessions, digital learning materials and other services offered by Aravind's Academy ("Academy", "we", "us" or "our").
By registering for a programme and expressly accepting these Terms, or by completing enrolment after receiving and accepting the applicable conditions, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
Participants are encouraged to read these Terms carefully before making any payment or participating in any programme.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
2. Nature of Services
Aravind's Academy provides educational, coaching, mindfulness, personal-development and self-improvement programmes.
Programme content may include subjects such as mindfulness, mindset development, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), meditation, guided visualisation, hypnosis-related techniques, personal growth, emotional awareness, spiritual concepts, Law of Attraction, behavioural patterns and related practices.
These services are primarily educational and developmental in nature.
Certain concepts and practices discussed in programmes may be philosophical, experiential or spiritual in nature and may not have established scientific or clinical effectiveness.
Participation is voluntary. Programme content is not intended to replace qualified professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.
3. No Guarantee of Results or Success
Aravind's Academy makes no guarantee, warranty, representation or promise that participation in any programme will produce a particular personal, professional, financial, emotional, physical, spiritual or other result.
In particular, the Academy does not guarantee:
- Financial success, wealth creation, increased income or business growth.
- Employment, career advancement, promotions or professional achievements.
- Improvement or restoration of relationships.
- Any specific manifestation or Law of Attraction outcome.
- Elimination of fears, negative beliefs or behavioural patterns.
- Recovery from anxiety, depression, trauma or any medical or psychological condition.
- Improvement in physical or mental health.
- Permanent personality, lifestyle or behavioural transformation.
- Spiritual awakening or any particular spiritual experience.
- Results within a specified period.
The success stories, examples, testimonials, teaching methods, exercises and experiences discussed during programmes do not constitute guarantees of similar outcomes for other participants.
Outcomes depend on numerous individual and external circumstances, many of which are beyond the Academy's control.
Programme fees are paid for access to the agreed educational or coaching services, not for any guaranteed outcome.
Failure to achieve a desired personal result shall not, by itself, constitute a failure or deficiency in the Academy's services.
This clause does not exclude responsibility for misleading representations, failure to provide agreed services, negligence or other legally actionable conduct.
4. Vrutham Programmes — Group Learning Format
4.1 Group-Based Programme
Vrutham Season 3 and subsequent Vrutham seasons are designed and delivered as group-based programmes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the written offering for a particular season, Vrutham programmes shall be conducted in a group-learning environment.
Sessions may include lectures, discussions, guided exercises, group activities, demonstrations, interactive learning and other educational methods.
4.2 No Entitlement to Individual Consultation
Enrolment in a Vrutham programme does not include or guarantee individual consultation, personal coaching, private mentorship or one-to-one sessions with Aravind Chandra or any other facilitator.
Participants are not entitled to demand:
- Individual or private consultation sessions.
- Personalised counselling or therapy.
- Dedicated one-to-one mentoring.
- Individual attention for any minimum duration.
- Private follow-up calls or personal meetings.
- Unlimited personal communication or individual WhatsApp support.
- Personalised guidance concerning financial, medical, psychological, relationship or career issues.
- Individual answers to every question raised during the programme.
Any individual response, personal interaction, feedback or additional guidance voluntarily provided during a group programme shall be at the facilitator's discretion and shall not establish an ongoing entitlement.
Where a particular programme expressly includes individual services, those services shall be governed by its specific written offering.
4.3 Group Participation
Due to the group-based structure, the Academy cannot guarantee that every participant will receive an opportunity to speak individually, present personal circumstances or receive a direct response to every question.
Participants acknowledge that the level of interaction may differ between sessions.
The Academy remains responsible for delivering the material services expressly promised for the relevant programme.
4.4 Future Seasons
These group-programme conditions apply to Vrutham Season 3 and subsequent Vrutham seasons unless a future season expressly provides different terms in its written offering.
Enrolment in one season does not automatically provide access to subsequent seasons.
5. Individual Coaching and Other Programmes
The Academy may separately offer individual coaching, mentorship, consultation programmes, workshops or other services.
Such services shall be provided according to the features, duration, access arrangements and deliverables expressly communicated and accepted at enrolment.
Individual coaching, where specifically included in a purchased programme, shall not be denied by relying on the group-programme conditions applicable to Vrutham.
No programme includes additional private sessions, lifetime mentorship, ongoing access or unlimited support unless expressly confirmed in writing.
No particular outcome is guaranteed for individual programmes.
6. Enrolment and Admission
Submission of an enquiry, registration form, WhatsApp message or other expression of interest does not automatically constitute confirmed enrolment.
Enrolment is subject to the applicable programme conditions, availability and verification of payment.
The Academy may confirm enrolment through its authorised communication channels.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for enrolment and communication.
The Academy may decline a prospective enrolment for legitimate reasons, including programme capacity, suitability, eligibility or operational limitations, provided that it acts fairly and complies with applicable law.
7. Programme Fees and Payment
All applicable programme fees and payment requirements shall be communicated to participants before payment.
The Academy does not currently provide a direct website checkout facility for programme enrolment.
Online payments shall be made only through payment links or bank and other financial details communicated by the authorised Aravind's Academy Finance Team.
Payment instructions may be communicated through official Academy communication channels.
Participants are advised to independently verify payment instructions through the Academy's official contact details before transferring funds.
The Academy shall not ask participants to disclose confidential banking passwords, card PINs or UPI PINs.
Payment made to an unauthorised person does not automatically constitute payment to the Academy. Any reported payment fraud, impersonation or dispute shall be examined according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment verification and confirmation by the Academy.
The Academy may use authorised third-party payment service providers and financial institutions to process transactions.
8. Strict Non-Refundable Payment Policy
All programme fees are non-refundable as a general contractual condition of enrolment, except where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law or expressly agreed by the Academy.
Participants must review the relevant programme details and these Terms before payment.
Once enrolment has been confirmed, refunds will ordinarily not be provided for:
- Change of mind or voluntary withdrawal.
- Personal dissatisfaction with the programme or its teaching style.
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions.
- Partial attendance or failure to complete the programme.
- Personal, family, employment or scheduling conflicts.
- Internet connectivity or technical issues attributable to the participant.
- Failure to achieve expected personal, financial, professional, relationship or spiritual outcomes.
- Personal expectations not expressly included in the programme offering.
- A request for individual consultation in a programme clearly offered as group-based.
- A decision to discontinue participation for reasons unrelated to a failure by the Academy.
No money-back guarantee is offered based on programme outcomes or participant satisfaction.
However, the non-refundable policy does not override applicable statutory consumer rights.
Refunds or other appropriate remedies shall remain available where legally required, including circumstances involving material non-delivery, actionable deficiency in service, material misrepresentation, duplicate or excess payment, or cancellation by the Academy without an appropriate alternative or remedy.
Any dispute or refund request will be examined in accordance with applicable Indian law and the services actually agreed and delivered.
No provision of this policy shall be interpreted as allowing the Academy to retain payments unlawfully.
9. Programme Cancellation, Rescheduling and Modifications
The Academy may make reasonable changes to programme schedules, session timings, instructors, delivery platforms or administrative arrangements where operationally necessary.
Where changes materially affect the programme, participants shall be informed within a reasonable period.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, illness, emergencies, technical disruptions or events beyond reasonable control, sessions may be postponed or rescheduled.
The Academy shall take reasonable steps to provide the contracted services.
Any material reduction or cancellation of promised services shall be addressed through an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
The Academy does not guarantee that the original timetable will remain unchanged in every circumstance.
10. Attendance and Access
Participants are responsible for attending sessions at the communicated times and ensuring reasonable access to the required technology.
Failure to attend a scheduled session does not automatically entitle the participant to a replacement session, individual class, credit or refund.
Access to session recordings, supplementary resources, worksheets, certificates, community groups or other materials will be provided only where expressly included in the relevant programme.
The Academy does not guarantee recordings of every live session.
Programme access may be limited to the specific duration or period communicated at enrolment.
Participation does not confer lifetime access unless expressly promised.
11. Health and Psychological Disclaimer
The Academy's programmes are not medical treatment, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy or a substitute for licensed healthcare services.
Participation does not establish a doctor-patient or therapist-patient relationship.
The Academy does not guarantee treatment, cure, recovery or symptom reduction for any medical, neurological or psychological condition.
Participants should seek assistance from appropriately qualified healthcare professionals for medical or psychological concerns.
Participants should not discontinue medication, ignore medical advice or substitute programme exercises for prescribed treatment.

12. Financial, Business and Career Disclaimer
Any educational content concerning money, wealth, financial beliefs, entrepreneurship, business, employment or career development is general in nature.
Nothing communicated during a programme constitutes a guaranteed financial result or a promise of employment, investment returns or commercial success.
The Academy does not provide regulated investment, legal, tax or financial advisory services through general personal-development programmes.
Participants should consult appropriately qualified professionals before making significant financial, business or legal decisions.
13. Participant Conduct
Participants shall maintain respectful behaviour during sessions and in Academy-managed communication groups.
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Harassment, intimidation, abuse or discrimination.
- Disruptive or threatening behaviour.
- Unauthorised commercial solicitation or spam.
- Sharing another participant's personal information without permission or another lawful basis.
- Unauthorised distribution of protected course content.
- Misuse of meeting links, login credentials or private programme access.
- Recording or publishing another participant's contributions without appropriate authorisation.
The Academy may issue warnings, restrict participation or remove participants who engage in serious misconduct.
Such measures shall be reasonable, proportionate and consistent with applicable law.
Removal for misconduct does not automatically establish a refund entitlement; however, any applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
14. Confidentiality and Group Privacy
Participants acknowledge that personal experiences, opinions and information may be voluntarily shared in group settings.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
The Academy cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality over information voluntarily disclosed in a group session.
Participants should exercise discretion when sharing sensitive personal information.
The Academy shall take reasonable steps to protect personal information under its control.
15. Recording and Use of Session Content
Certain sessions may be recorded for educational delivery, internal quality purposes or provision of authorised replay access.
The Academy shall provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required by law before recording identifiable participant contributions.
Participants shall not independently record, reproduce, distribute or publicly share session content without the necessary authorisation.
Participation does not automatically grant permission to use a participant's identity, image, voice, testimony or personal information for advertising or promotional purposes.
Any promotional use requiring consent shall be subject to separate appropriate permission.
16. Intellectual Property
All original course materials, educational content, presentations, recordings, worksheets, branding, graphics and other protected content remain the intellectual property of the Academy or their respective rights holders.
Participants receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access material provided as part of their programme.
Unauthorised commercial reproduction, resale, redistribution or public dissemination of protected content is prohibited, except where permitted by applicable law.
17. Testimonials and Participant Experiences
Testimonials, success stories, reviews and examples reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as typical, expected or guaranteed results.
The Academy does not represent that all participants will achieve comparable outcomes.
Promotional representations shall remain subject to applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws.
18. Third-Party Platforms and Technology
Programmes may be delivered using third-party video conferencing, messaging, learning or payment platforms.
Participants acknowledge that these platforms may be subject to independent terms, policies and technical limitations.
The Academy shall take reasonable care in selecting and using such services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party systems.
Any substantial disruption to the Academy's contracted services shall be addressed reasonably and consistently with applicable law.
19. Personal Information
The Academy may collect and process information reasonably necessary for enquiries, enrolment, payment verification, programme delivery, communications, customer support and legal compliance.
Personal information shall be handled in accordance with applicable Indian data-protection laws.
Information may be shared with authorised service providers where necessary and lawful for delivering the relevant services.
The Academy shall take reasonable measures to safeguard personal information.
Personal information shall not be used for unrelated promotional purposes without an appropriate lawful basis or required consent.
Further details regarding personal information may be provided through the Academy's applicable privacy notices.
20. Eligibility
Unless a programme expressly provides otherwise, Academy programmes are intended primarily for adults.
Participation by minors, where permitted, is subject to applicable legal requirements and appropriate parental or guardian consent.
The Academy may decline participation where a programme is not suitable for the prospective participant or where the requested services exceed the Academy's stated scope.
21. Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
Participants acknowledge that personal decisions, actions and circumstances can materially affect individual outcomes.
The Academy shall not be considered responsible merely because a participant fails to achieve a subjective or external result that was not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, the Academy shall not be liable for losses arising solely from a participant's independent decisions or circumstances beyond the Academy's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, legally actionable negligence, misrepresentation, failure to provide contracted services or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Academy remains responsible for performing its agreed obligations with reasonable care and skill.
22. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Participants may raise concerns relating to enrolment, payments, programme access, delivery or other services through the Academy's official contact channels.
The Academy shall review complaints fairly and respond within the periods required by applicable law.
Participants retain the right to approach competent consumer commissions, courts, regulators and other legally authorised bodies.
The parties are encouraged to attempt an amicable resolution before commencing formal proceedings, where appropriate.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to mandatory statutory rights and jurisdictional provisions, contractual disputes may be brought before the competent courts at Kottayam, Kerala.
Nothing in this clause limits the participant's right to seek remedies before a consumer commission or other authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
24. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Academy reserves the right to update these Terms to reflect operational, legal or programme-related changes.
Updated Terms may be published on the Academy's official website.
The Terms applicable at the time of enrolment, together with the specific programme commitments accepted by the participant, shall ordinarily govern that enrolment.
Material changes shall not be imposed retrospectively in a manner that unlawfully reduces participants' existing rights.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
26. Acceptance of Terms
By expressly accepting these Terms and proceeding with enrolment, the participant acknowledges that:
